Joc’s Big Night Disrupted by Brew Crew

Coming into game 3 of the 4 game series in Milwaukee, the Dodgers and Brewers are tied at 1 a piece. Joe Weiland made his first major league start with the Dodgers. Let’s just say things didn’t go as planned. Weiland allowed 4 hits on 5 ER. Oh yeah, he also gave up 2 home runs, and that was only the first inning. He settled down quite a bit after that only allowing one more run in the 5th after Santos came in to relieve for Weiland.

Joc Pederson continued to stay hot in Wednesday’s loss in Milwaukee along with Adrian Gonzalez. Adrian finished 3-4 and Joc went 2-4, scoring twice and hitting 2 solo homeruns. Pederson’s last 7 hits have all been home runs, that’s a crazy stat! Joc Pederson’s Rookie Of The Year campaign is looking pretty damn good right now. He may be hitting only .272, but his average has gone up quite a bit over the past few weeks. Ever since Rollins got moved out of the leadoff spot (thank God) Joc took over and took over in a big way. Joc hit his 8th and 9th home run’s of the young 2015 season which puts him in the top spot tied with Todd Frazier and teammate Adrian Gonzalez in the National League for home runs.
